By Accepting Terms And Agreements You Agree That:

1. I Need Fence L.L.C. Is not responsible for surveying the location of the fence installation or locating boundry lines. Customer must be present at beginning of project to review the location of fence installation or have the corners and gates staked and painted with white paint. We will put the fence where you want it. If crew has to leave and reschedule for another day there will be an additional $175 trip charge. 
2. Price per foot will be charged for additional linear footage installed and any additions like gate, fence style changes and trip charges..
3. Holes that need rock removed will cost $20 extra per hole. Rock removal could result in additional trip charges and equipment fees.
4. Holes within 2′ of utility lines have to be dug by hand and will result in a $10 charge per hole.
5. If the terrain is rough, on a steep grade, drop off or jobsite is farther than 100′ feet from vehicle access additional fees will apply.
6. Please verify measurments as close as possible. We will order enough material to do the amount of footage you purchase. additional footage will be charged at per foot price that you paid for the fence. If enough fence isnt ordered and crew has to come back to install more fence there will be an additional trip charge of $175 plus cost of additonal footage.  
7. We take care to clean up all dirt from excavations around the fence and will place the dirt anywhere you want onsite for no charge. If you need dirt hauled off site there will a fee of $5 per hole.
8. All material delivered is subject to 50% restocking fee upon job cancellation by Customer or I Need Fence L.L.C.
9. I Need Fence L.L.C. is not responsible for your city or home owners association specifications on fence types allowed on your property. A good place to look is around your neighborhood to see what types and heights they have. Also be aware that corner lots can have different rules on heights. You must check the rules and regulations for fence installation in your area.
10. If a permit is required you must obtain a fence permit before fence installation.
